Refund policy

Returns + Exchanges: We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We currently do not offer returns, but can offer exchanges within 7 business days of delivery date as shown on shipment tracking. No exceptions. To exchange an item, send us an email at hello@unchartedroots.com and send your item to: Uncharted Roots 19374 E Briarwood Pl., Centennial, CO 80016. Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for. Any discounts or promotions used cannot transfer over to the new purchase. Customer is responsible for shipment costs to return the item.
